Book a Team for a Performance

SoulPhamm Inc.'s season runs from October to June every year.  We generally begin to perform/compete starting in February. Please understand that our program is, at the moment, 100% volunteer led and run; therefore, we have to be mindful of the time that our coaches will put into preparing our teams to perform.  We ask for a modest donation of $200 per team for any performances and appearances. 

We require at least a month's notice in advance of an event or, we ask for an additional $50 in booking fee for notice of two weeks or less.  If you are interested in booking a team for a performance, please email us at soulphamm.org@gmail.com with the following:

Name of event

Purpose of event

Date of event (including time)

Indoor or outdoor event?

Location of event

Team(s) you are requesting?

Length of desired performance? (# of minutes per group)

We will then send you our invoice and contract - along with any clarifying questions that we have.

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO COMPETITION or WORKSHOP REQUESTS!

If you would like for any of our teams to participate in a formal or informal scrimmage, basketball tournament, dance/step/cheer competition, please email all of the specifics to soulphamm.org@gmail.com and one of our coaches will get back to you.
