Book a Team for a Performance

SoulPhamm Inc.'s season runs from September to June every year.  We generally begin to perform/compete starting in January. Please understand that our program is, at the moment, 100% volunteer led and run; therefore, we have to be mindful of the time that our coaches will put into preparing our teams to perform.  We ask for a modest donation of $200 per team for any performances and appearances. 

We require at least a month's notice in advance of an event or, we ask for an additional $50 in booking fee for notice of two weeks or less.  If you are interested in booking a team for a performance, please email us at info@soulphamm.org with the following:

Name of event

Purpose of event

Date of event (including time)

Indoor or outdoor event?

Location of event

Team(s) you are requesting?

Length of desired performance? (# of minutes per group)

Checks should be made payable to SoulPhamm Inc., and should be paid upon our team's arrival at your event.

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO COMPETITION or WORKSHOP REQUESTS!

If you would like for any of our teams to participate in a formal or informal scrimmage, basketball tournament, dance/step/cheer competition, please email all of the specifics to info@soulphamm.org and one of our coaches will get back to you.

If you are requesting our staff members to facilitate a workshop or teaching/training session for your school or organization, please also email info@soulphamm.org with as much information as you have (and your budget for the workshop or training session).
