BOOKING & COMPETITION INFORMATION

(all requests are to be directed to info@soulphamm.org)

• What type of event is this?

• List the date of your event. Please specify whether this is an indoor or outdoor event.

• Please specify the time of your event and the time the team should arrive. What time will the team perform?

• Is this a ticketed event? If parents are attending, how much do they need to pay to enter?

• Will refreshments be served to the team? Will refreshments be available for parents to purchase?

• Are there vending opportunities? If so, who should we have interested parties contact?

• What is the full address of your event (please include cross streets). Is there free parking available?

• What type of performance (for 2026-2027, we have a stomp & shake cheer team and a majorette dance team)

• How long should the performance be? (3 minutes, etc.).

• Do we need to provide sound on a USB drive, or will a Bluetooth speaker be available?

• Will there be a place for the girls to change or should they arrive dressed?

We will email to confirm, or decline based on the information you provide. Please note that if your event starts late, we will stay for 30 minutes past the stated "performance" time before we leave. No refunds will be granted and there are no exceptions.

Season Schedule: September to June

 

Booking Availability:

• Regular season (November to June): Available contingent upon schedule openings

• Off-season (July-August): Limited availability with increased donation request

• September/October: Generally unavailable unless arranged before July

 

Booking Guidelines:

• Please request bookings 2-4 weeks in advance

• Suggested donation: $250 per team per engagement (regular season)

• Off-season (July & August) suggested donation: $350 per team per engagement

• Weekday performances require significant advance notice due to our volunteer team's professional and academic commitments

• Our members and coaches reside throughout NJ and NYC, requiring coordination

 

Additional Services:

• Coaching Team workshops, clinics, and individual training sessions (basketball, majorette, cheer/stomp & shake, step) available starting at $75/hour and subject to availability.

• Requestors are responsible for securing locations

 

Free Performance Opportunities:

• Our teams welcome participation in unpaid parades, and competitions.

• Competition requests for majorettes & cheer, require at least four weeks' notice.
