1City Soul documents SoulPhamm's origins from the 1City Youth Project, created and run by Dr. Herrera (Mz. Doc) in Brooklyn, NY from 1990-2010. SoulPhamm is technically the rebirth of 1City with Co-Founder Luis Herrera's vision now infused with Mz. Doc's 30+ years of experience in youth development. The full length feature will be released in mid-2022 and is produced and directed by the wonderful Isabel Custer Edwards.
